Componenta's Director of Finance changes

Sirpa Koskinen, Componenta Group's CFO and a member of the
Corporate Executive Team will be leaving Componenta to join
another company as from 7 May 2003.

Before appointing a new CFO the group financial management will
be handled under Heikki Lehtonen, President and CEO of
Componenta.
