Componenta's financial information and Annual General meeting in 2011

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release 25.11.2010 at 11.30  

Componenta Corporation will publish its Financial Statements 2010 release on
Tuesday, 25 January 2011. The 2010 Financial statements and Annual Report will
be published during the week 6. 

In 2011 Componenta will publish three interim reports as follows: 

Interim Report January - March 2011      on 20 April 2011  
Interim Report January - June 2011       on 15 July 2011
Interim Report January - September 2011  on 18 October 2011 

Componenta Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 28
February 2011 at 11.00 a.m. Shareholders, who request a certain issue belonging
to the General Meeting to be included in the agenda of the meeting, must notify
the Board of Directors of Componenta in writing latest on 28 December 2010 by
mail: Componenta Corporation, Board of Directors, Panuntie 4, 00610 Helsinki or
by email: ir.componenta@componenta.com.
