Componenta’s financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2020

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release on 22 October 2019 at 13.30

During the year 2020, Componenta Corporation will publish its financial reports as follows:

  • Financial Statements Release for 2019 on Friday 28 February 2020
  • Business Review for January-March 2020 on Friday 8 May 2020
  • Half-year Financial Report for January-June 2020 on Friday 24 July 2020
  • Business Review for January-September 2020 on Friday 6 November 2020

The Annual Report 2019 including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published on 17 March 2020 at the latest.

Componenta’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 16 April 2020. Componenta’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting separately at a later date.
