Componenta's financial reporting in 2013

Componenta Corporation will publish its Financial Statements 2012 on Tuesday, 12 February 2013.

In 2013 Componenta will publish three interim reports as follows: 

Interim Report January - March 2013                                  on Thursday, 25 April 2013 
Interim Report January - June 2013                                    on Tuesday, 16 July 2013
Interim Report January - September 2013                          on Monday, 28 October 2013

Componenta Corporation’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 5 March 2013 at 9.00. The meeting will be convened by the Board of Directors later on. Shareholders, who request a certain issue to be included in the agenda of the General Meeting, must notify the Board of Directors of Componenta latest on 15 January 2013. A written request together with an explanation or a draft resolution shall be sent to Componenta Corporation, Board of Directors, Panuntie 4, FI-00610 Helsinki, Finland or by email: ir.componenta@componenta.com. 

Componenta will observe a 30 days silent period prior to the publication of the financial statements and interim reports.
