Componenta's net sales and result of the 4. quarter

Componenta's net sales during the last quarter of 2005 will decline
about 10% from the corresponding period of the previous year mainly
due to decreasing deliveries to heavy truck industry and off-road
industry towards the year end.

The result after financial items, excluding one-time items, is
expected to remain slightly below the earlier estimated level of EUR
0 - 3 million.

The Group's order book at the moment is on the same level as in the
corresponding period of the previous year. On the basis of the order
book the demand of customer industries at the beginning of 2006 is
expected to be slightly better than at the end of year 2005.
