Componenta's option rights to the book-entry system and subject to public
trading


The Board of Directors of Componenta has decided to transfer the option
rights issued by the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Componenta
on 30 September 2004 into the bookentry system. In addition, it is the
intention of the company to apply for the listing of the option rights in
the Helsinki Exchanges in the future.
