Componenta's shares subscribed with option rights and new shares to
be listed


3,400 new Componenta Corporation shares have been subscribed with
Componenta 2001 option rights at the price of EUR 4.10 per share
between 2 September and 10 October 2005.

Because of the subscriptions, share capital of Componenta
Corporation increases by EUR 6,800. The increase has been registered
in the trade register on 26 October 2005. After the increase the
share capital of Componenta Corporation is EUR 19,257,418 and the
amount of shares is 9,628,709. The nominal value of the share is 
EUR 2.00.

New shares will be traded on the main list of the Helsinki Stock
Exchange as old shares (CTH1V) as from 27 October 2005. Subscribed
shares will entitle to dividend distributed for the accounting
period during which the shares have been subscribed.

After these subscriptions there are 432,322 unused Componenta 
2001 option rights. Each option right will entitle its owner to subscribe
for one share of Componenta Corporation. Subscription for shares
with the 2001 option rights ends on 31 October 2006.
