Componenta will renew the Group organization

Componenta will clarify the Group structure. As from 1 September 2006 the
Group's production units will be divided, instead of three, into two
divisions which are Foundries and Machine Shops. Olli Karhunen has been
appointed Director for the renewed Foundries division. The Business Unit
Managers of the Group  foundries in Finland and the Netherlands, Juha
Martikainen (Karkkila), Seppo Erkkilä (Pori), Hannu Jylhä (Pietarsaari),
Boudewijn Stals (Heerlen HWS), Patrick Steenstels (Weert), Bert Duit
(Heerlen Furan) and Lauri Huuskonen (Suomivalimo) and Corporate
Purchasing Manager Henk Klever, responsible for material purchasing, will
report to Olli Karhunen. Kimmo Suupohja has left Componenta.

Michael Sjöberg is in charge of Machine Shops Division. The Business Unit
Managers of the Group machine shops, Karl-Gustav Setterberg (Främmestad),
Stefan Ekwall (Åmål), Andreas Falcini (Albin), Juha Pouttu (Pietarsaari
MS), Antoine Weekers (Weert MS) and Juha Alhonoja (Nisamo, Pori MS)
report to Sjöberg.

Sakari Pisilä, Business Unit Manager of Componenta Pistons will report in
the future to Marko Sipola, Director, Business Development.

Marc Omes is in charge of the Group's sales and product development. The
sales area responsibilities have also been streamlined. Lauri Eklin has
been appointed Manager, Sales Nordic. He as well as Jari Leino, Director,
Sales BA Heavy Trucks and Eddy Kremers, Manager, Sales Central Europe
report to Marc Omes.

The corporate executive team include the following persons: Heikki
Lehtonen, President and CEO, Olli Karhunen, Matti Kivekäs, CFO, Jari
Leino, Anu Mankki, Director, HR, Marc Omes, Marko Sipola, Michael Sjöberg
and Pirjo Aarniovuori, Communications Manager.
