Kimmo Virtanen new CFO for Componenta

Kimmo Virtanen, M.Sc.(Econ.), (35) has been appointed CFO
(Director of Finance) and a member of the  Corporate Executive
Team at Componenta Group. Kimmo Virtanen will start at
Componenta on 18 August 2003 and will have overall
responsibility for financial management and its development at
Componenta Group.

Kimmo Virtanen joins Componenta from Danisco, where he has held
the position of Finance Director, Danisco Sweeteners Division,
in London and Espoo since 1999.
