Marko Sipola appointed Director, Business Development at Componenta

Marko Sipola, M.Sc. (Econ., Eng.) (32) has been appointed Director,
Business Development and member of the Corporate Executive Team at
Componenta Group. He will start at Componenta on 7 August 2006 and
have responsibility for business development projects.

Marko Sipola comes to Componenta from MSK Group where he most
recently has held the position of managing director of Junkkari Oy
and Juncar Oy.
