Merger of Componenta Finance Ltd with Componenta Corporation recorded in Trade Register The merger of Componenta Finance Ltd with its parent company Componenta Corporation was recorded in the Trade Register on 31 December 2003. The Boards of Directors of Componenta Corporation and its fully owned subsidiary Componenta Finance Ltd approved the merger plan on 15 May 2003. According to the terms of the plan, Componenta Finance Ltd, including its assets and liabilities, was merged with its parent company without consideration. The reason for the merger was to simplify the corporate structure.
