Michael Sjöberg to be Director of Componenta's machine shops


Michael Sjöberg (40), M.Sc. (Eng.), E-MBA, has been appointed Director,
Machine Shops at Componenta Group and a member of the Corporate Executive
Team. Michael Sjöberg will join Componenta on 16 August 2004 and will be
responsible for the Group's machine shop operations in Finland, Sweden
and the Netherlands. He will be based in Sweden at Componenta Främmestad
and will report to Group President and CEO Heikki Lehtonen.

Michael Sjöberg comes to Componenta from Tour & Andersson where he has
been Operations Director since 2001.
