Componenta Dökümcülük A.S. has on 13 August 2014 signed a new 7-year credit facility agreement of EUR 90 million. The new agreement recplaces the current financing agreements of Componenta Dökümcülük with four Turkish banks and consists of two separate loan agreements which are a club loan of EUR 70 million and a revolving credit facility of EUR 20 million. As a consequence, the average maturity of the interest bearing debt portfolio of Componenta Dökümcülük will be lengthened significantly from the current maturity. The new financing arrangement is also expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial expenses.

The counter-parties of the financing agreement are Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. Orhangazi/Bursa Branch (”Vakifbank”), Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. Organised Industry Commercial/Bursa Branch (”Halkbank”), T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. Bursa Commercial Branch (”Ziraatbank”) and Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Bursa Corporate Branch (”Is Bank”).

This financing agreement will finalize the first phase of Componenta Group’s refinancing arrangements published earlier this year.
