The prospectus on the Componenta Corporation Convertible Capital Notes
2006 has been approved by the Financial Supervision and it will be
available on the internet pages of Componenta Corporation and Alexander
Corporate Finance Oy (www.componenta.com and www.acf.fi), as well as at
the Company, at the subscription place and at the Helsinki Stock Exchange
Service Point OMX way on Monday 27 November 2006. The subscription place
of the convertible capital notes is Alexander Corporate Finance Oy,
Aleksanterinkatu 19 A, 00100 Helsinki.

The terms and conditions of the Convertible Capital Notes 2006 have been
published as a stock exchange release on 17 November 2006.
