Revised forecast for Componenta's second quarter result

Componenta Corporation's result during the second quarter, in 
April – May has developed better than forecasted. Demand for components
during the first half of the year has continued on good level in all
our customer industries.

Componenta's result after financial items, excluding one-time items
in the second quarter of 2006 is expected to be better than same
period in the previous year.
