CHANGES IN CONNOVAS MANAGEMENT TEAM During the coming three months changes will be made in the management team of ConNova. The changes are in line with the drive to reduce costs and increase revenues. All sales activities will be organized within one department, which will be responsible for the complete customer lifecycle. Leif Borgström, currently responsible for After Sales, will now take the full responsibility for the sales activities. Per Appelquist, who during the last month has been responsible for New Sales activities, will participate in the transfer process and will return to his former consultancy business. ConNova's CFO, Roger Persson, who has extensive experience in establishing and running pay TV businesses and has also partly carried out qualified investigations and studies for our customers, has taken the initiative to act as Senior Business Consultant. Torbjörn Ullman, controller at ConNova, will enter as CFO. ConNova's COO, Björn Pehrsson Lindell has accepted a position as Managing Director of an expanding company in another business segment. As a consequence he will leave ConNova at the end of this year. His work at ConNova will gradually be reduced during the autumn to enable him to take up his new position. ConNova. At the international exhibition for billing systems in London in May 1999, ConNova's customer management system BizManager was awarded two honourable mentions, one for "Overall Best Contribution to Billing" and the other for "Most Innovative Billing Product".
