Proposed changes to ConNova's Board of Directors At the General Meeting on 14 April, Arne Leeb Lundberg, Göran Marby and Salvatore Vanasco will be proposed as new board members for ConNova Group AB (Publ). The proposal is supported by shareholders corresponding to approximately 28% of the votes. Present board members Lennart Tengroth and Teodor Daleson will not be running for re-election. Where remuneration to the board of directors is concerned, an annual payment to a total of SEK 425,000 is proposed. Arne Leeb Lundberg Arne Leeb Lundberg was born in 1949. He has 25 years of experience from the data, telecoms and media industry. He brings to ConNova an extensive contact network. Arne Leeb Lundberg works today with several new economy projects as an advisor and co-owner. He is a member of the board of SafePay Sweden AB (publ.) Göran Marby Göran Marby is Managing Director of Cygate AB. He was born in 1963 and has a vast experience from telecoms and Internet related operations. Göran Marby was previously General Manager of Cisco Sweden and President of Unisource Business Networks. Salvatore Vanasco Salvatore Vanasco, born in 1960, is CEO of the German Ponton Group. The Ponton Group is active in the areas of technology, media and finance. Mr Vanasco has extensive experience of IT and media activities throughout Europe.
