Coor completes acquisition of Elite Miljø A/S

The 10thof January 2018, Coor announced that it had signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of Elite Miljø A/S. The acquisition has been approved by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority. The transaction has been completed as of 23 February 2018.
