Coor completes acquisition of Skaraborgs Städ
On the 4th of April, Coor announced that it had signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of Skaraborgs Städ. The acquisition has been approved by the Competition Authority. The transaction has been completed as of 9 May 2023.
