Coor extends and develops IFM agreement with Ericsson in Sweden

Coor has delivered facility management services to Ericsson in Sweden since 2000, making Ericsson one of Coor’s longest-running customers. Coor and Ericsson have today agreed to extend the contract until 2023.

The extended agreement relates to all of Coor’s current service delivery, including security, property service, staff restaurants, cleaning, energy optimization and support during conversion projects and relocations. The ambition is that Coor, alongside Ericsson, continues to develop innovative, cost-efficient and flexible solutions adapted to Ericsson’s future needs.

The extension implies a change to the structure of the agreement, as Coor’s assignment is being extended to include Ericsson’s facility in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, and now encompasses all Ericsson’s facilities in Sweden. At the same time, Coor’s delivery to national markets outside Sweden is being discontinued. This does not affect overall contract volumes.

“We’re delighted to gain the renewed confidence of Ericsson, who is a long-standing customer. Now that we’re assuming responsibility for the full Swedish operations we’re able to step up the pace of innovation and development of our FM delivery to Ericsson. The expansion to include Ericsson in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, also improves Coor’s efficiency, as our presence locally on the west coast of Sweden increases,” commented Mikael Stöhr, President and CEO of Coor.
