Coor has signed a new three-year deal with Norwegian wines and spirits producer Arcus to keep delivering and developing integrated facility management (IFM) services at Arcus’s production plant at Gjelleråsen in Norway.

Coor has been collaborating with Arcus since 2005, and moved with Arcus when it relocated from its previous premises at Haslevangen to the state-of-the-art Gjelleråsen production facility in 2012. The collaborative agreement has now been extended for at least another three years.

“We’re proud that Arcus has reappointed us. This deal is important in several respects; obviously in terms of the volume, but also because it demonstrates that we’ve delivered what we promised the customer,” commented. Nikolai Utheim, President of Coor in Norway.

The assignment means Coor taking responsibility for developing and delivering technical property services, staff restaurant, reception, security and administrative services.
