Coor has renewed its agreement with Tieto for the delivery of a large number of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services in some 30 locations around Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The transaction, which is in the range of earlier agreements, spans a period of two years with the option of extending it further.

The new agreement means Coor assuming total responsibility for coordinating, providing and developing a large range of FM services, including reception, conference services, fire safety & surveillance, mail & freight, switchboard, caretaker services, coffee & catering, cleaning, waste management, and ISO quality management.

“Tieto is a leading Nordic market operator and a perfect fit with Coor, the Nordic market leader in IFM. Our joint focus on innovative service solutions is what drives our partnership,” commented Mikael Stöhr, President and CEO of Coor.
