Coor secures a major new IFM deal in the oil & gas industry

Coor Service Management has signed an integrated facility management (IFM) contract with Frontica Business Solutions in Fornebu, Norway.

Frontica Business Solutions provides staffing, consulting, technology, category management and other outsourcing services to large corporations globally. The deal between Coor and Frontica is an IFM contract, which involves the subcontracting of FM services to Coor over an extended period. Frontica is responsible for the contract management on behalf of its customers, which include Aker Solutions, MHWirth and Fjords Processing among others. Services covered by this deal include cleaning, property services (hard FM), office services, security and reception services to offices in six buildings, where 3,800 staff are stationed, as well as operating a large staff restaurant.

The estimated annual subscription value of the contract is SEK 46 m. In addition to the subscription volume, the contract includes variable assignment/project volumes. Deliveries start on 1 July 2015.
