Coor’s listing on Nasdaq Stockholm in June 2015 raised the standards applying to corporate governance and corporate communication issues. Accordingly, Erik Strümpel, General Counsel, and Åsvor Brynnel, Corporate Communication & Sustainability Manager, have joined its Executive Management Team, EMT.

Erik Strümpel was born in 1970 and holds a LL.M. Master of Laws. Erik was hired by Coor in 2004, and has been the group’s General Counsel since 2006. Prior to joining Coor, Erik Strümpel worked at Linklaters Law Firm. Åsvor Brynnel was born in 1966 and holds a BSc Economics. She was appointed as Corporate Communication Manager in 2004, and took on the role of Sustainability Manager in 2010. Before joining Coor, Åsvor Brynnel served as Corporate Communication Manager of listed real estate company Fabege/Drott, and prior to that, as a Communication Consultant at Askus/AnnO.

“After our IPO, we need to add legal and corporate communication competence to our EMT. Erik Strümpel and Åsvor Brynnel possess the necessary experience and qualifications. I am glad to make internal appointments, which corroborate the high standard of Coor managers and staff generally”, Mikael Stöhr, President and CEO of Coor Service Management commented.

These changes become effective immediately. There is more information on Erik Strümpel and Åsvor Brynnel at www.coor.com/About-Coor/Corporate-Governance/Organization/.
