Coor signs agreement with Swedbank

Coor signs an Integrated Facility Management agreement (IFM) with Swedbank. The agreement spans four years with an option to extend it and has an annual contract value of some SEK 220 M including an estimate of annual variable volumes.

Coor’s assignment entails broad integrated service delivery including cleaning, technical services, administrative services, coffee, fruit, plants, and janitorial services in Swedbank’s all offices across Sweden. The assignment starts on 15 December 2023.
