Coor signs new agreement with NCC

Coor has signed a new agreement with NCC. The new agreement means that Coor will continue to deliver FM services to NCC’s head office in Solna, Sweden

NCC is a leading construction company in northern Europe. The agreement relates to IFM services, including delivery of reception services, cleaning and surveillance. The rolling agreement has an estimated annual value of SEK 25 m with a possibility of additional project volumes.

“It’s extremely pleasing that NCC has confirmed our long and successful collaboration by choosing to extend the agreement. We’ll now continue to work together to create optimal working conditions for NCC’s staff,” commented AnnaCarin Grandin, CEO of Coor Sweden.

Coor has delivered soft FM services NCC since 2005.
