Coor signs new agreement with the Municipality of Copenhagen
Coor has signed a new four-year agreement with the Municipality of Copenhagen for the delivery of hard FM services. The assignment will gradually ramp up during 2018 and is expected to generate sales of some SEK 80 m annually when fully operational.
The assignment for the Municipality of Copenhagen starts on 1 March 2018 and implies Coor operating, maintaining and optimizing some 300 buildings on behalf of the municipality. A key part of the assignment is to reduce energy consumption in the municipality’s properties through innovation and new technology.
“This new assignment generates continued positive growth for Coor in Denmark. A key part of our strategic pan-Nordic focus relates to generating growth in property services. The assignment involving the Municipality of Copenhagen consolidates our position as a significant provider of hard FM services in Denmark,” commented Mikael Stöhr, President and CEO of Coor.
