Coor has signed a new 5-year Integrated Facility Management agreement with Swedish grocery retailer ICA. ICA Gruppen AB is a leading retail company with a focus on food and health in Sweden and the Baltics. The contract starts on 1 November 2019 with a total annual value of some SEK 160 M, of which approximately SEK 100 M represents subscription volumes and the remainder estimated contract volumes. The contract spans five years with the option of extending the agreement at the end of the term.
The new IFM assignment entails Coor delivering property, workplace and security services to 17 of ICA’s warehouse and logistics facilities and offices around Sweden, including ICA’s new head office in Solna, Stockholm.
“We’re delighted to receive ICA’s renewed confidence after a break of a few years,” commented Mikael Stöhr, President and CEO at Coor. “The new agreement is the largest Swedish IFM contract on the market so far this year, further confirming Coor’s Nordic market leadership”.
