Drones increase efficiency of property services

Report this content

Coor is launching a group of services under the name of Coor SmartDrone that increase the efficiency and safety of property maintenance.

Coor Smart Drone inspects, documents and maps properties efficiently and safely from above. Drones facilitate and speed up access to hard-to-reach places and objects, while high-resolution cameras deliver videos and stills to the pilot on the ground.

“Rather than having to scale walls or roofs, our technicians can now complete many assignments from the ground, which increases efficiency and improves the working safety,” commented Henrik Gustafsson, Regional Manager Property Mälardalen.

Coor SmartDrone provides the following services:

  • SmartDrone Inspection
Inspection of roofs, walls, masts, chimneys etc.
  • SmartDrone Documentation
Documents damages and maintenance requirements etc.
  • SmartDrone Mapping
Photographs, maps and measures buildings and land etc.

Coor SmartDrone is one component of Coor’s smart solutions, an array of service solutions for offices and properties based on cutting-edge technology. These innovative solutions makes daily work easier for the people using the office or property, for the purchaser of Coor’s services and for Coor’s employees.
