Extended Nordic IFM deal for Coor
One of Coor´s major clients within the telecom sector has extended a contract with Coor Service Management (Coor), implying Coor delivering and developing integrated facility management (IFM) services to a number of offices and plants.
The collaboration between Coor and the client started in 2000, and has since then evolved into a strategic partnership, where both parties interact closely to develop FM services that support the client's operations and staff optimally. Today, Coor is responsible for FM-services at a number of sites across the Nordic countries and in Estonia, Poland and Hungary. The current contract runs until year-end 2016, and the main agreement has now been extended in advance.
"We're proud and delighted about this extension. Our joint and explicit ambition is to develop innovative, cost-efficient and flexible solutions tailored to our client's challenges over time. Both parties are at the leading edge in terms of innovation – not least based on new technology – and we're currently running an array of exciting development projects," commented Mikael Stöhr, President and CEO of Coor Service Management.
This agreement covers workplace and property services (soft and hard FM) like security, employee restaurants, cleaning, energy optimization and support during conversion and relocation projects.
