Soon our thoughts will turn to Christmas, and then the inevitable Christmas shopping list….and that is where Air Ribs comes to the rescue.

An Air Ribs shipment or gift card is very creative; truly unique; always welcome; easy to order; available everywhere in the U.S….and what’s not to love about juicy, delicately smoked Bar-B-Q? Even if you have vegetarians on your list, Air Ribs offers a wide array of fabulous desserts and breads.

Gift givers also can send Air Ribs gift cards. The gift giver places the order for any specific food gifts, and County Line will send the recipients a card that lets them know that there is a paid Air Ribs order waiting for them. All the recipient needs to do is call and let Air Ribs know when they want it delivered. Monetary gift certificates for $25 or more are also available.

Air Ribs Bar-B-Q delicacies include:

  • custom-blend sausages: German-style or jalapeño
  • 20-hour slow-smoked beef brisket
  • baby back pork ribs; meaty beef ribs; St. Louie pork ribs
  • bone-in smoked turkey breast; whole plump smoked turkeys; smoked boneless peppered turkey breast
  • boneless smoked ham or honey-glazed spiral hams
  • smoked peppered boneless pork tenderloin; Canadian-style smoked boneless pork loin
  • Smokehouse combos—all smoked using County Line’s time-honored, 30-year process—include:

-       “Get It All Over Ya” feast (beef ribs, baby back pork ribs, St. Louie pork ribs, one whole brisket, peppered turkey breast lobe, and 3 lbs. of sausage)

-       Rib King combo (beef, baby back pork and St. Louie pork ribs)

-       Bar-B-Q combo (full rack of beef ribs, a whole beef brisket, 3 lbs sausage and full rack of baby back pork ribs)

-       Pork/turkey breast combo

  • Premium certified Black Angus ribeyes, New York strip, filets and T-bones

Other gift options include County Line’s Bar-B-Q sauce in three flavors (original, wild pork, hot & spicy); Aunt Ruth’s deep dish pecan pie; mile-high 15-pound chocolate cake; colossal carrot cake; and mix for the restaurant’s legendary home-made bread in white or wheat. For fun, throw in the “Talkin’ Cowboy” CD—a language lesson that gives the usual English pronunciation, followed by the true Texas cowboy vernacular.

County Line meats are slow-smoked to allow aromatic hardwood flavors to penetrate the meat, and then each Air Rib portion is frozen and vacuum-packed to seal in the natural juices and flavors. Orders over $50 include a free bottle of County Line’s signature BAR-B-Q sauce.

And what is The County Line? With locations all over the Southwest, The County Line has served up award winning barbeque for 30+ years that’s “so good you'll want to ‘Get It All Over ‘Ya!’". The County Line was formed by Texans who love Texas; love its heritage; love Bar-B-Q; and are committed to running restaurants based on four principles: 1. offer the highest quality smoked barbecue – ribs, brisket, sausage and chicken – with traditional sides of cole slaw, potato salad and beans; 2. provide these BBQ specialties in generous portions at reasonable prices; 3. offer friendly table service with linens and bar service; and 4. feature authentic locations that celebrate the heritage of Texas. In 1975 they put all these principles into effect at The County Line’s original location in an old speakeasy now known throughout Austin as The County Line on the Hill…and the rest, as they say, is history.
