Managing caravan cover now easier with new Android mobile app
Cover4Caravans - the caravan insurance specialists – have today launched a mobile app which has been designed to help their customers, no matter where they are.
The free Android app puts a customer fully in control of their policy management, as well as providing access to useful guides and information. Among the many features and benefits, customers can:
- update personal details;
- get immediate insurance quotes;
- submit a change of storage details;
- access emergency claims telephone numbers and start the claims process;
- read useful guides and information.
Richard Burgess, Director at Cover4Caravans.co.uk, explains: “We wanted to offer our customers even more ways to manage their cover with us, no matter where or when.
“The app gives our customers access to their insurer in the palm of their hand. We feel this will also provide peace of mind that in the event of an urgent situation, they’ll be able to contact us immediately, without having to search for emergency telephone numbers or policy details”.
