New videos launched to cut the jargon from caravan insurance
Cover4Caravans – the caravan insurance specialists – have launched several short, new videos that help explain what influences the cost of the cover; the importance of security and storage; and what the different caravan insurance documentation means.
The five videos are:

Richard Burgess, Director at Cover4Caravans, explains: “At Cover4Caravans, we are committed to communicating with our customers in plain English and without using jargon as much possible. That is why we are kicking off 2016 with these new videos which we hope our customers will find useful.
“The videos also follow the new recommendations from the Financial Conduct Authority – the financial regulatory body - about communicating in clearer ways for customers.”
Mr. Burgess adds that transcribed versions of the videos will also be added to the site shortly for full accessibility.
