Croisette signs letting agreement with Logicor

Croisette will be the advisor and act as leasing agent for Logicor’s real estate project Arendal 1:8, Synnerödsvägen 10 in Gothenburg.

The 28.000m² property contains a high-ceiling warehouse with a GLA of ~18.000m² and consists of approximately 11% offices and 89% warehouse and mezzanine space.

The property is located in the logistics hub of Arendal in Gothenburg, in close proximity to Gothenburg’s harbor with excellent connections to highways E20, E6, & E45.
