Croisette signs their first letting agreement on Iceland

Croisette Real Estate Partner has been the advisor and acted as the leasing agent for Íshamrar ehf and signs their first letting agreement on Iceland.

Croisette has now signed a 5-year letting agreement with Avilabs, which is soon ready to take over the former office of Booking.com. Avilabs is a software company with customer service solutions for airlines. The office has an area of 305 m² at Noatun 17 in the CBD area of Reykjavik. 

“We are glad to announce that our first mission here in Iceland was a success and that we managed to find Avilabs, a company that found the perfect office for their business and signed the papers before Booking.com even had left.

The landlord owns the whole building, and we will work with him again! The current owner is delighted with our service, especially since we managed to get this leased out before the former tenant left.
