Crown Energy changes the date of publication of the Q1 report and updates the financial calendar for 2020

Crown Energy AB (publ) ("The Company", "Crown Energy") today announces that the Company will change the date of publication of the Q1 report 2020 and updates at the same time the financial calendar for 2020.

Previously, the Company stated that the first interim report 2020, Q1, should be released on May 8, 2020. The company has now chosen to postpone the publication until May 22, 2020. At the same time, the publication dates of the other interim reports have also changed.

The dates for publication of upcoming reports are shown below:

• Interim report, Q1 2020 - May 22, 2020

• Annual General Meeting 2020 - Crown Energy will return with an updated notice for the AGM. The Annual General Meeting will be held no later than June 30 in accordance with current legislation.

• Interim report, Q2 2020 –August 21, 2020

• Interim report, Q3 2020 – November 20, 2020
