Crown Energy postpones announcement of interim report January-September 2017 to 30 November 2017

Crown Energy AB (publ) (”Crown Energy” or the ”Company”) informs that the board of directors of Crown Energy has resolved to postpone the announcement of the Company’s interim report for the period 1 January - 30 September 2017 from 10 November to 30 November 2017.

With respect to the complexity in the financial reporting, consolidation and auditing process’ of the new Crown Energy group, the board of directors of Crown Energy has resolved to postpone the announcement of the interim report for the period 1 January - 30 September 2017.

The previous date was set to 10 November and the new date is set to 30 November, which is still within the stipulated time frame for publishing of financial reports.
