Crown Energy postpones Annual General Meeting 2020

The Board of Directors in Crown Energy AB (publ) ("The Company", "Crown Energy") has decided, due to the recent decisions and recommendations issued by Swedish authorities, as a result to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and also the current international travel restrictions, to postpone the AGM to a later date. The Annual General Meeting was scheduled to be held on April 28, 2020 at 10 am and a notice about this was sent out on March 27, 2020.

Crown Energy will return with an updated notice for the AGM. The Annual General Meeting will be held no later than June 30 in accordance with current legislation.
