Crown Energy to hold fixed income investor meetings

Crown Energy AB (publ) ("Crown Energy", "The Company") announces that it has engaged ABG Sundal Collier ASA to arrange fixed income investor meetings. Subject to market conditions and acceptable terms, a transaction may follow.

The Company has engaged ABG Sundal Collier ASA to explore the interest in the market to invest in a fixed income instrument to mainly fund new projects within the Company’s Asset Development and Management business.

On 30 April the Company announced the divestment of the property asset C-View Smart Business Park, in Luanda, Angola. Following the transaction, the Company is anticipating to receive a steady cashflow over the next three years. In the meantime, Crown Energy deems fixed income instruments to be a good way to satisfy the need for financing and accelerating new business opportunities.
