Energy confirms receipt of payment of USD 8 million

INSIDE INFORMATION: Crown Energy AB ("Crown Energy" or the "Company") is happy to inform the market that the third instalment of USD 8 million has been credited to the Company’s account today, as per the signed agreement of 20/10/21.

On 20 October 2021 Crown Energy has entered into an agreement under which the purchaser has the right to acquire (or pre-empt any sale of) Crown Energy’s  up-stream oil and gas assets (except for operations in South Africa).

Crown Energy announces today that the third instalment of USD 8 million has been credited to Company’s account. This corresponds to approximately SEK 90,1 million as of the time of the press release. The total amount received since October 2021 is USD  91 million.
