Invitation to investor forum in Crown Energy

Crown Energy AB (publ) (“Crown Energy” or “the Company”) invites to an investor forum in Stockholm, Monday November 21. 11:45 to 12:45 with Andreas Forssell, CEO of Crown Energy and Yoav Ben-Eli, founder and current owner of ESI Group.

In view of the forthcoming acquisition of ESI Group, the management of Crown Energy has decided to invite current shareholders and other interested parties to an investor forum in Stockholm. The meeting will start at. 11:45 and will be devoted to a presentation of the ESI Group transaction, strategy and future plans for the enlarged Company.

A Q&A session with Andreas Forssell and Yoav Ben-Eli will also be available after the presentation.

The meeting will take place in Narva's premises at Linnégatan 2, 5th floor. Drinks and light refreshments will be served before the meeting.
