Jenny Björk has resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Crown Energy

Crown Energy AB (“Crown Energy” or “The Company”) informs, that Jenny Björk has tendered her resignation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on her own initiative in order take up a new assignment with new employer.

“Jenny Björk has been instrumental in establishing the Company’s financial operations and in supporting positive business developments resulting from several market activities and complex merger and acquisition transactions throughout the years. A strong effort was made by Jenny to incorporate and develop the financial functions of our acquired international businesses. I want to thank Jenny for her contributions and wish her luck in her future career”, says Andreas Forssell, CEO.

“I have had a fantastic and instructive time with Crown Energy and has been involved in many interesting transactions and events. Now I have been presented with the opportunity to move on to new exciting challenges and will be able to implement my experience from the time at Crown Energy in my new position”, says Jenny Björk, CFO of Crown Energy.

The process of finding a successor has started. Jenny Björk ends his position as CFO no later than June 2020.
