CS MEDICA A/S (“CS MEDICA” or the “Company”) announces today that the CFO of the Company, Gitte Lund Henriksen, has acquired 2 500 shares in CS MEDICA through several transactions, at an average price of 10,75, amounting to a total value of 27 250 DKK.

CFO and board member of CS MEDICA, Gitte Lund Henriksen, has purchased 2 500 shares in the open market at an average price of DKK 10,75 per share, corresponding to a total purchase of 27 250 DKK. The transaction has been disclosed in the Danish financial supervisory register. Following the transaction, Gitte Lund Henriksen owns 4 039 500 CS MEDICA shares.
