CS MEDICA A/S: Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
CS MEDICA A/S (“CS MEDICA” or the “Company”) today publishes its Annual Report for the financial year 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025.
As previously communicated in connection with the Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2026, the Annual Report was at that time still under preparation and audit and was therefore not subject to approval.
The audit process has now been finalized, and the Annual Report is available on the Company’s website.
Following completion of the audit, adjustments have been made compared to the previously disclosed draft, primarily related to tax, reflecting a reassessment of tax positions in connection with an ongoing matter concerning tax credits.
At the Annual General Meeting, shareholders representing 62.2% of the total share capital and voting rights (corresponding to 19,026,344 votes) were present or represented, and the meeting was duly convened.
The Board of Directors has convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) to be held on 30 April 2026 at 15:30 (CET) as a virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams.
At the EGM, the following agenda items will be presented:
- Approval of the Annual Report for the financial year 2024/2025
- Resolution on the appropriation of profit or covering of loss in accordance with the approved Annual Report
With this, the Company proceeds to complete the formal approval process.
