Last day of trading in warrants of series TO 1 is 30 August 2022
Tuesday, 30 August 2022, is the last day of trading in CS MEDICA A/S’s (“CS MEDICA” or the “Company”) warrants of series TO 1 on Spotlight Stock Market. The warrants were issued in connection with the Company’s issue of units that took place in September 2021. Each (1) warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in CS MEDICA. Last day to exercise the warrants of series TO 1 and subscribe for shares is 1 September 2022. Note that the banks/nominees need to be notified well in advance before the exercise period ends.
Each (1) warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in CS MEDICA at a price of DKK 9.30 per share. Warrants of series TO 1 that have not been exercised by Thursday, 1 September 2022, or sold by Tuesday, 30 August 2022, will expire and become worthless. Holders of warrants of series TO 1 need to act and instruct their respective bank/nominee in advance before the last day of the exercise period. Note that the banks/nominees need to be notified well in advance before the exercise period ends.
