CSC and V&S Sign $25 Million IT Outsourcing Agreement

CSC and V&S Sign $25 Million IT Outsourcing Agreement Helsinki, June 5, 2003 -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC), one of the world's leading information technology (IT) services firms, and the V&S Group, the world's eighth largest international alcoholic beverages company, today announced they have signed an IT outsourcing contract. The five-year agreement is valued at approximately $25 million. Under the agreement, which becomes effective Oct. 1, 2003, CSC will assume responsibility for V&S Group's IT infrastructure in Sweden and Denmark, including data center and help desk operations, networks and desktop computers. CSC will also consolidate V&S Group's mid-range servers to improve efficiency and support the company's future growth.
