CSC signs $450 million outsourcing agreement with ISS in Europe

CSC SIGNS $450 MILLION OUTSOURCING AGREEMENT WITH ISS IN EUROPE Helsinki, June 5, 2003 - Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC), one of the world's leading information technology (IT) services firms, today announced it has signed a 10-year IT outsourcing agreement with ISS A/S, a global leader in facility services. The contract is valued at $450 million. Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will assume responsibility for the full range of IT services at more than 800 ISS sites throughout Europe. This includes the delivery and management of mainframe, midrange, desktop, help desk, network, and application development and support services. Upon compliance with local legislative and consultative requirements, approximately 120 ISS employees will transfer to CSC in Europe starting June 1, 2003.
