CTEK reports comparative figures for the new Group structure

As previously communicated CTEK, starting from the fourth quarter, operates the Group's operations in two divisions – Consumer and Professional. In the new Professional division, the former Original Equipment and Energy & Facilities divisions have been merged. Furthermore, the Aftermarket division has changed its name to Consumer, which more correctly describes the division's primary customer segment. Johan Menckel proposed to be new chairman in CTEK

Hans Stråberg, Chairman of CTEK´s Board of Directors, has in accordance with previous announcement informed the Nomination Committee that he is not available for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Committee proposes current board member Johan Menckel to be elected Chairman of the Board. Johan is born in 1971 and has a Masters degree of Engineering at Royal Institute of Technology, KTH in Stockholm. Johan has been member of the Board since 2023 and has long experience from leading positions in international industrial businesses, e.g. former CEO in Gränges.
