CTEK reports comparative figures for the new Group structure

As previously communicated CTEK, starting from the fourth quarter, operates the Group's operations in two divisions – Consumer and Professional. In the new Professional division, the former Original Equipment and Energy & Facilities divisions have been merged. Furthermore, the Aftermarket division has changed its name to Consumer, which more correctly describes the division's primary customer segment. Hans Stråberg, Chairman of CTEK´s Board of Directors, has in accordance with previous announcement informed the Nomination Committee that he is not available for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting. Johan is born in 1971 and has a Masters degree of Engineering at Royal Institute of Technology, KTH in Stockholm.
