CTEK, a leading global brand in vehicle charging solutions, has signed a partnership agreement with Mer Sweden, part of Mer Group, a European EV (electric vehicle) charging company with over ten years of experience and expertise in the development of renewable energy across Sweden, Norway, Germany and the UK.

This partnership will see CTEK provide Mer with their cutting-edge EV charging equipment, and associated software to meet growing demand and ensure customer satisfaction.

The CTEK solution is based around its award-winning Chargestorm Connected 2 units and Nanogrid load-balancing software, that are fully OCPP (open charge point protocol) compliant, enabling Mer to integrate into third party network management software for maximum flexibility.

Fredrik Nordin, Managing Director at Mer Sweden said “We are happy to start this partnership together with CTEK. Their products are well suited to several of our customer segments, ranging from single chargers for private homes to large property projects with several hundred charging points. Mer's service offering together with CTEK's hardware will be a hard-to-beat combination on the market."

Cecilia Routledge, Global Director, Energy & Facilities at CTEK said “We are very excited to start this new partnership with Mer. As two of the leading companies within EV charging industry we are able to make a real impact, by taking a lead in the journey towards a fossil free society. We are proud of this partnership which also is a testament to the quality and reliability of our products.”
